She was kind, patient, and clearly had my interests in mind. She was very concerned that I make a good investment for myself and ensured to point out things she knew I didn t like so I could make an informed decision. She was knowledgeable about the process, the neighborhoods, the market, timing etc. She shared all info she could get and was very candid, transparent, and helpful. She was also proactive with anything I would need to do ahead of time, and helped make the process extremely easy for me. She was quick to respond and very thorough. Me and my fiancé bought our first home this fall. We started doing research and searching in early spring. On some days we felt confident and others lost. We started working with Andrea over the summer. She encouraged us to be ourselves throughout the process. She stayed professional at all times but her humor and compassion made the experience joyful for us. She guided my fiancé and I at showings. She pointed out home buying facts that would help us long term. We looked at dozens of homes and she was patient and supportive the whole time. Not once did she give us any reason to question her expertise. By the end of our search we felt confident she would find us the right home and looked forward to seeing her on the weekend. After several months of shopping in a difficult time in the market, we found an incredible new build. Andrea walked hand in hand with us through the loan/underwriting process. We were even able to secure several grants and negotiate for appliances. We had trouble with the builders agreeing to our punch list after the final walk through. Andrea fought for us to get what we asked for despite several attempts by the builder to gaslight and minimize our addendum. Ultimately, she supported us in getting everything we asked for. We are grateful for that. If you’re looking for a realtor who is going to go above and beyond to help you get your dream home, I highly recommend Andrea. We are so grateful for her support in this process. My fiancé and I will be sticking with her for life - or at least until she retires.
